PulseWMS is a SaaS platform for website monitoring, uptime tracking, website health scans, reports, proposal support, workspace management, agency/client access, and related digital tools.
Account access is provided for authorized users only. You agree to provide accurate registration details, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Users may need to create an account to access the PulseWMS platform. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use your workspace only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us immediately.
You agree not to:
• Use PulseWMS for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities • Attempt to access another user’s workspace or data • Interfere with platform security or availability • Upload malicious code or harmful content • Misuse scan, reporting, or automation features • Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform without permission
PulseWMS provides website monitoring, scan summaries, reports, and readiness insights based on available website data and configured services. These results are provided for informational and operational use and may depend on third-party website availability, hosting performance, and scan access.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses the service, fails to pay required fees, or creates security or operational risk.
PulseWMS, including its design, software, features, branding, workflows, and content, is owned by PulseWMS or its respective owners. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.
Some features require a paid plan. Pricing, plan limits, billing cycle, and available features may vary by plan. Payments are processed through approved payment providers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan.
PulseWMS is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, data loss, or damages caused by third-party services, hosting providers, external websites, or user misuse.
